VCSEL Oxidation System
CSI's VIXEL-320 is a wet oxidation system intended for the fabrication of Vertical Cavity Surface
Emitting Lasers. It is an atmospheric-pressure oxidation system with in-situ monitoring of oxide aperture formation.
It accommodates single wafers of up to 150mm (6") in diameter.
VIXEL-320 is currently being operated at multiple international locations for both manufacturing and development of VCSEL products.
Modulated Sources and Receivers
CSI's modulated fiber optic
sources are optimized for high-speed modulation up to 12.5 Gbps. The units are
intended to be modulated by a pattern generator for testing the performance of
optoelectronic components such as photodetectors and receivers. They are powered
by wall plug units.
The 10Gbps broadband optical receiver model P-200 replaces our previous
receivers P-101, P-130, and P-150. It employ a high-speed broadband
photodetector followed by a low-noise transimpedance amplifier. The nominal
operation speed is 10Gbps. This unit is intended for laboratory use. It is
powered by a wall plug unit.

Encircled Flux Measurement
CSI's EF-400 encircled flux
measurement system covers the wavelength range of 800nm to 1600nm. It has been
designed for research and development applications and its operation is manual.
